InFocus tutoring is designed to help you “think to the test” while also getting you “out of your head.”

We all have assumptions, expectations, and personal thinking styles that may not match the logic of the exam. Those can get in the way when you are reading vignettes and trying to choose the so-called “right” answer. You may find yourself looking at two, or even four answers and feeling that they all could be right or they are all unrealistic and wrong. And then you get stuck.

The “getting stuck” is where we focus most of the tutoring. I teach you how to get “unstuck” without anxiety, frustration, re-reading, internal dialogue, and guessing!

Tutoring can also help you decide if you are ready to take the exam or if a few days or weeks can buy you some time to be more sure about passing. It’s almost always better to practice a little more for a few days or a week, than to take the exam and have to wait months to try again.
